Hilton London Croydon

Ive stayed here with work weekly over the last few weeks; its off my patch yet i still travel there - lovely hotel allround. The highlight for me is the team; from front desk to table/bar/maintenence, the team are always kind, smiling and friendly, nothing too much trouble. I never feel rushed. Last week in particular, Rose, Yamuna & Yaz were amazing, i felt a valued guest. Will be returning this week!

Wonderful stay with exceptional service I had a really good stay at the hotel. Everything was pleasant and comfortable, but what truly stood out was the exceptional service from Yamona. She was always friendly, welcoming, and greeted us with a warm, pleasant smile. Her professionalism and kindness made the stay even more enjoyable. Thank you, Yamona, for making our experience so positive—I would happily stay here again.

The hotel is stunning, beautifully designed and very well maintained. My experience was made even better by Yamuna and Anita at the front desk during check-in. They were warm, attentive, and exceptionally professional. Their hospitality really stood out and made a lasting impression. Truly amazing service!

I would like to give a huge thank you to Yamuna and Gina for the absolutely outstanding customer service we received. They truly went above and beyond with my booking and took so much care and attention with the room decorations for my partner’s 35th birthday surprise. The level of detail was incredible and far exceeded my expectations , it made the celebration feel so special and personal. Their kindness, professionalism, and willingness to accommodate my requests did not go unnoticed, and I am genuinely so grateful for the effort they put in. We had an outstanding stay at the Hilton and this experience has definitely made it a place we will return to again. Thank you for making such a memorable stay!

I had a fantastic experience at Hilton Croydon, and a huge part of that was thanks to Shannon and Melroy. From the moment we were seated, they provided outstanding service — friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming. The food and drinks were excellent, but what really stood out was the care and professionalism they showed throughout. They made us feel relaxed, valued, and truly looked after. I honestly enjoyed every second of my time there. Shannon and Melroy are a real credit to the hotel, and they turned a lovely visit into a memorable one. I’ll definitely be back. Highly recommended!

Lovely hotel Spotless Room was amazing and spacious. Very comfortable. Bed and pillows were lush. Bathroom was lovely and complimentary smellies were lovely Kettle didn't work but wasn't a major issue

My girlfriend and I regularly stay at the Hilton London Croydon, and it has truly become our go-to hotel. We keep coming back not just because of the comfort and consistency, but mainly because of the exceptional staff and the warm, welcoming atmosphere they create every single time. The front desk team deserve special recognition — Nadir, Yamuna, and Stefano are outstanding. From check-in to check-out, they are always professional, friendly, and genuinely eager to help. They make you feel valued as a guest rather than just another booking, and that makes a huge difference. Breakfast is always a highlight thanks to Yavus, the breakfast manager. His attention to detail, positive energy, and care for guests really set the tone for the day. He ensures everything runs smoothly and always goes the extra mile to make sure guests are happy and comfortable. Housekeeping is also top-tier, and Gina, the housekeeping manager, clearly runs an excellent team. The rooms are consistently spotless, well-prepared, and maintained to a very high standard. You can tell real pride is taken in the work, which adds greatly to the overall experience. It’s rare to find a hotel where so many staff members stand out for all the right reasons. The friendliness, professionalism, and genuine hospitality at Hilton London Croydon are exactly why we continue to return time and time again. One of the best hotels in Croydon! The staff are absolutely amazing. Yamuna at the front desk always greets us with a beautiful smile and makes us feel so welcome. At breakfast, Yavuz has always been so kind to me and my family. He always asks how we are doing and makes sure everything is perfect stefano words to little to explain he’s amazing…We truly love these people and appreciate their wonderful hospitality. We love this place.
